The Bed and Breakfast Via Toledo 156 is located in the Plebiscito district in Via Toledo, one of the main arteries of Naples in the so-called “city”.
The B&B is located on the 6th floor with lift and concierge service 24 hours a day seven days a week, inside one of the most famous buildings on Via Toledo, Palazzo Motta. The same building has a private and guarded underground parking h24 for a fee.
The strategic location of the structure allows you to walk to the major points of interest and with public transport. Long distance by walk:
- Historic Center 5 minutes
- Promenade 10 minutes
- Metro line 1 – The Toledo Stop 2 minutes (train stop from / to Central Station)
- Central Cablecar 4 minutes (the Vomero district)
- Port Molo Beverello 13 minutes (Alibus stop from / to the International Airport and Hydrofoil from / to the islands of Procida, Ischia and Capri)
BY ALIBUS From Capodichino’s Airport: after the exit arrivals, 5 minutes by walking, there is the bus stop of “Alibus”, the ticket for one way is € 5,00 P/P, getting on board. You need get out to the deadline Port/Municipio stop. Following the Castel Nuovo, overtook on the right Municipio square, you’ll get Via San Giacomo, following completely, at the end of the street, on the right you’ll find the Ex Palazzo Motta on Via Toledo 156.
BY METRO/UNDERGROUND From the Central Station of Naples: instead, get the metro underground Line 1 Piscinola direction, the ticket one way is € 1,50 P/P, the stop needed it is Toledo, once got up the stairway, take the exit on the left, just 1 minutes by walking, you’ll reach the Ex Palazzo Motta on the left in Via Toledo 156.
BY TAXI, we advice you to tell to the driver, that the drop-off you needed it is Via Ponte di Tappia, near the little square Ponte di Tappia, overtaking, you’ll get on the left the Ex Palazzo Motta in Via Toledo 156.
BY CAR, On the basement floor of the same building, where the structure is located, there is the possibility to park your car (subject to availability and reservation within 48 hours of arrival), below are the special rates::
- Small/medium cars €25. 00 (E. G. Smart, Punto, Clio and similar) 24H
- Large cars €30. 00 (E. G. 500L, Focus, Giulietta and similar) 24H
- SW cars €35. 00 (E. G. Passat, BMW Serie3, Audi A3SB and similar) 24H
- SUV/MONOVOL cars €40. 00 (E. G. Q3, Scenic, Tiguan and similar) 24H
- Luxury Car Parking starting from €50. 00 depending on the car, 24H
- Cars (from 7 seats onwards), vans to be agreed upon by email or wire, 48H
Take advantage of the parking service, it’s needed to inform the accommodation of the arrival time, not later than 48h before.

Less plastic, more quality!
Water dispenser installed at the entrance of the structure, available free and unlimited for all our guests.
The machine dispenses still water at room temperature, still cold and cold sparkling water, from which you can stock up by refilling the 2 glass bottles supplied, clean and sanitized that you will already find in the room.
Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Check-in from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm
Check-out until 10.30 am
- If you’re late you may be charged for an extra night.
- Municipal tax of € 3,00per person per night is applicable up to 14 consecutive days maximum.
- Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax.
- At arrival will be delivery 2 keys, in case of loss is expected the penalty of € 100,00.
- You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking.
- Check-in outside reception hours and late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
- Please inform the property in advance about your arrival time.
- In case of early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
RULES OF THE HOUSE
- Smoking is prohibited in the entire structure. Presence of smoke detectors.
- We cannot accommodate pets for organizational purposes.
- No meal preparation allowed in rooms.
- No guests allowed in rooms.
- Be kind! To avoid useless and annoying noises, please, be gently/close slowly/carefully the main entrance door and rooms too.
- Please, don’t answer to intercom, specially don’t open “never” the entrance door.
- Please, Guest must respect the silence hours from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm and from 11.00 pm to 8.00 am (in any case, speak quietly and don’t get loud as well).
- We ask you kindly, to put unused extra pillows in the wardrobe.
- Please, don’t flush the waste to the toilet (paper toilet excepted), please, use the right waste basket for recycling (paper, plastic, not recyclable, glass, Bio Waste). The earth will be grateful to you.
CLEANING SERVICES
- Daily cleaning of the rooms from 10. 30 am to 12. 30 pm (If the rooms are occupied, cleaning will take place the following day)
- Linen change every 5 days (Extra change on payment € 5,00)
- Change of towels every 2 days (Extra change on payment € 5, 00)
Final cleaning is included in the price.
